Will my card work in my country?

All of our cards are USA gift cards and may be region locked. If you are not sure about this, please contact us or the gift card’s online support ahead of time. We can not do any refunds or exchanges once you have the gift code.

How to Create/Switch to a US PlayStation Account?

In order to redeem any of our various game cards, you will need to create an account with the game or store the game card is affiliated with. Game and Store Accounts give you a digital wallet in which to keep the funds received from redeeming gift cards. When will I receive my gift card?

All our gift cards are digitally delivered via email as PDF scans of legitimate USA gift codes. We can have your codes to you within 5-15 minutes of completing your order.

Some orders require approval. Please understand that this is so we don't send gift cards to stolen/fraudulent PayPal accounts and credit cards.

Check your spam filters if you haven't received your cards.

Help my gift card isn’t working?

If you are having trouble with your gift card, please make sure to:

  1. Make sure you are entering the code correctly, especially O and 0, B and 8, also S and 5.
  2. Check and verify that you are redeeming the card in the correct place. IE: redeeming iTunes cards on the iTunes store
  3. Make sure you are using a USA account or USA address as some cards are region locked and will not work without the correct location.
  4. Double check your account balance by logging out and then logging back in.
  5. Contact the gift card’s online support to make sure there is not a hold or issue with your account.

If you are still having trouble after checking all of these steps, please send us a screenshot of the error you are getting when you input the code so we can try to assist you. support@psncarddelivery.com.

Why do I have to verify my order?

In order to protect our customers and our business, we do require additional verification to deter fraudulent parties from using stolen accounts to make purchases on our website. This is required on some new or large orders. We strive to ensure an honest and secure transaction for all of our customers. If you need any assistance with verifications or any other matter, we are available 24/7/365 to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a gift card leaves our secure inventory, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the code; therefore, after an order has been sent we cannot return or exchange it. Please be careful when selecting the card that you wish to buy.
